The Invisible Man earned five wins at the 2021 Fangoria Chainsaw Awards, which aired April 18th on Shudder.
The horror thriller won Best Wide Release Movie and Best Kill. Elisabeth Moss won Best Lead Performance. Leigh Whannell won Best Director and Best Screenplay.
Released in February 2020, the film reported more than $143 million in ticket sales worldwide, according to Box Office Mojo. Its plot about an abused woman connected with audiences. The film also featured one of the most shockingly surprising kill scenes in horror movie history.
